Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

• If it is our mistake (e.g., wrong item received, defective product): NOQTA will fully cover all return and exchange shipping costs.

• If it is not our mistake (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered):

  • For orders above EGP 1,000, return or exchange shipping is free.

  • For orders below EGP 1,000, the customer is responsible for covering the return or exchange shipping fees.
